So I've really been thinking of changing my lifestyle completely. I want to get myself to a happier and healthier place physically, mentally and spiritually. The biggest problem though, is that I'm lazy and that sucks because I know that a lot of issues could be resolved if I just got my butt up and did stuff, but I'm working on it. With that being said, I know how important it is to exercise and move my body but I just can't get behind how boring it is to walk on the treadmill or how painful push-ups can be (never-mind that I can barely do one) so I needed to find something for me. If you know me, you know that I love to shake my ass, anywhere and everywhere. I just love dancing, it's so freeing and comforting plus it's some pretty good cardio. I figured that if I'm going to start with this lifestyle change, and stick to it (just like with blogging) I should find a way to keep me coming back - you know something that I can really get interested in. ZUMBA. Guys - honestly, Zumba is the greatest. I did it when I studied abroad in London with our RLA and it was just so much fun. I actually wanted to go to it because even though I was dancing, I knew I was getting my exercise in too, it was perfect. So, I'm in the process of looking around and seeing when and where I can find some Zumba classes, as well as ordering my own personal Zumba kit, because I need to dance off this lifestyle and dance into a new one.
